Hey guys,

Quick update for you all. We realise we’ve not been the most talkative over the last few weeks/months. We feel it necessary to give you a little update on why we’ve been so quiet.

Plans for The Portlands’ debut album have been drawn up and will be recorded later this year. The guys and Steve are extremely excited about the recording, as we hope are you.

We’re not gone completely into hiding and check the gigs listings for upcoming dates at Lux Wigan, a massive date at Lancaster University, and hopefully our third sell-out Academy 3 Co-Headliner with The Lottery Winners this year.

We hope to see you all at the upcoming venues.

Ladies and gentlemen it is our pleasure to announce our brand new drummer – Max Winnington!! It has been a busy few weeks for us!! Max is a cool guy and a fantastic drummer, and we are very eager to get right back in the game and make up for lost time!! April is turning into one of our busiest months of the bands’ history, thankyou for your patience with us. We’ll be back on the road and studio-bound in no time
